Moheb Soliman is an interdisciplinary poet from Egypt and the Midwest whose work is oriented by themes of nature, modernity, identity, and belonging. His forthcoming first poetry collection, HOMES (Coffee House Press), explores these through the site of the Great Lakes region. Soliman has published chapbooks with Proxy, Buffalo Run, Walls Divide, and Red Bird presses, and has been supported by Banff Centre, Mizna, Pillsbury House, Joyce Foundation, Walker Art Center, Gilcrease Museum, and the M. He has degrees from The New School for Social Research and University of Toronto, and is currently a Tulsa Artist Fellow.
