Terry Cox-Joseph’s work appears on greeting cards, book covers, and websites. When not doing commissions, she paints from home, using her backyard on the creek as inspiration. She has a BFA degree in illustration from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She is a vice president of the Poetry Society of Virginia and a member of the National League of Penwomen, and a former newspaper reporter and editor. From 1994-2004 she was the coordinator for the annual Christopher Newport University Writers Conference and Contest. Her first chapbook, Between Then and Now, was recently published by Finishing Line Press.
